This highly anticipated feature will allow users to continuously insert shapes on their diagrams without having to repeatedly go back and forth between the copy and paste or clone buttons.  Simply activate this feature and click away on your mouse and watch as your shapes drop onto the page with every click!

Drawing Toolbar

Have you ever wanted to just draw a simple line to point to an object in your diagram?  What about a box or circle?  The wait is finally over!  The Drawing toolbar is now available directly on the Event Layout Screen!  Previously only accessible in the Room Schematic or Shape Wizard modules, the drawing tools will allow you to draw lines, rectangles, and ellipses directly on your event diagrams.  This is perfect for pointing to an object or simply drawing any arrangement of lines in your event diagram. 

Banquet Stagger - Horizontal

Room Viewer now offers both Horizontal and Vertical staggering of round tables.  If "No Stagger" is selected, the rounds will be in normal straight rows.

Distance Between Banquet Tables

Quickly and easily modify the distance between your round tables without having to create a new table!  Just put in your desired distance and watch as Room Viewer instantly spaces the tables out automatically!

Dimension Line Font

You can finally adjust the font size on any dimension line!

Event Diagram Header and Footer

Previous Room Viewer users will remember that the event diagrams print with a header and footer.  Now, both header and footer may be turned on or off in the Preferences section.
