Room Schematic is included with Room Viewer® Pro & Deluxe. It offers users the ability to create permanent schematic drawings of their event spaces. Whether the spaces are indoor or outdoor, these schematics include not only the boundaries of the space but any permanent features such as outlets, doors, windows, columns, posts, pools, trees, etc.

Room SchematicT is a NON-CAD add-on which lets you draw and connect lines and curves to create the boundaries of the space. Also, you can position light switches, electrical outlets and sound outlets, or indicate the position of airwalls.

Schematics made using this software contain only one enclosed space which Room Viewer can automatically set. However, you can also create schematics which include pre-function areas and other rooms. These additional areas can be set manually within Room Viewer's Event Editor.

Within Room Viewer Pro and Deluxe, these schematics are stored in the Room Name drop down list under the Event Room Data screen's Seating Tab. You simply click on the schematic you wish to use, and Room Viewer Pro and Deluxe generate diagrams which automatically avoid the obstacles while staying within the boundaries of the space.
